Gabriel J. Lewis
About
Gabriel J. Lewis (b. 1999, London) is a classical painter based in London who works only from life and with traditional materials. He read English at Durham and later trained under Charles Cecil in Florence. He has exhibited in both the RSPP Annual Exhibition and the NPG Portrait Award. In December 2025, Gabriel had his first altarpiece, a three-metre-tall painting of Christ on the Cross, installed at Saint Anastasia Catholic Church, Los Angeles.
